Counselling doesn’t have to be limited to just meeting face-to-face. Counselling can be equally effective through online platforms or telephone calls. Furthermore, online counselling offers benefits such as familiarity of setting and convenience.
Even though we’re not in the same room, as your counsellor, I can still help you to explore how you’re feeling, understand what you are going through and support you to make changes in your life if you feel that this is necessary.
Post-coronavirus, a great deal of research has taken place into the effectiveness of online counselling and the results have been hugely positive. That is why I am happy to offer my clients the choice, as I know the impact of the work we do is just as effective online as face-to-face.
